God is just as concerned about how we treat the people we lead as what we get accomplished.
Remember they may be your leaders but they are His kids. How would you want your kids treated. This matters to Father God as well. There are two sides to every coin, truth and mercy. They are both equally important. I think you need both in dealing with others. As you lead be good to God's kids!
