7. A Super leader evaluates and gives assessments of where you are constantly.
It’s one thing to know your short comings as a ministry it’s another thing to do something about them.
I am more valuable to my pastor as a problem solver and a leader of leaders than a teacher of kids. The only way I can know where I am is to evaluate how about you?

8. A super leader learns constantly from other leaders.
Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Learn by listening, learn by watching, and learn by asking. It’s not enough to hang around a leader, it's what you do while you’re hanging out that counts.
