9. A super leader has his family and personal affairs in order
How's your relationship with spouse, how about with your own children.
Handle your finances well.

10. A super leader draws strong leaders around them.
Always be on the look out for people who can help you.
Always be on the lookout for people you can promote that are already serving.
I'm always on the lookout for people I see potential in.
Always be on the lookout for people who need to be needed. Never think you can build a super ministry with just one super leader.
