Let's look into these three key factors individually.
1. DO YOU DESIRE GROWTH? "Well of course I do!" You say, but do you desire it enough to do whatever it takes to see it come to pass. Do you desire it enough to change and be willing and committed to constant change within your thinking, within your goals and plans and within your personal life?
All of us know that in Psalms 37:4 the scripture tells us to "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." If your heart's desire is to see growth then according to the word of God if you will delight yourself in the Lord he will give you the desires of your heart. Growth can be and will be yours! Is the cry of your heart to see and experience growth? "As the deer pants for streams of water so my soul pants for you, O God."(Ps. 42:1) We must long and desire for the things of God and growth is one of those things we need to hunger and thirst for. One thing we must examine as we search the desires of our hearts is why do we desire growth. It is sad but true that in the world today there sre many in ministry who desire success and growth for their own glory and selfish ambitions. But thank the Lord that there are many many more who hunger and desire growth because they genuinely care for people. You see people are what ministry growth is all about. Our motives are of major importance to seeing our dreams and desires become reality. I'll never forget a children's video I watched years ago that asked the question,"Why do you do the things you do and who do you do them for?" As we look within to our own hearts we need to desire growth for the right reasons so that the family of God will be expanded and matured through our ministries. We must desire growth will all of our heart.

Re: Ready, Set, Grow-part 3

Love the motive part: "Our motives are of major importance to seeing our dreams and desires become reality".

Tons of truth there and very much worth the inspection of for all.
