I gave you my ten do's in problem solving the other day here are my ten don’ts....
1. Don’t be afraid to say I don’t know, I’ll look into it and I’ll get back to you
(Get help)

2. Don’t be rushed! Don’t let the moment pressure you to do a quick fix.

3. Don’t ignore trends that are developing (If you are addressing the same problem on a regular basis then what you think is the problem is really not the problem.)

4. Don’t wait on problems to come or manifest themselves to fix them. Forecast
all the time also have a plan “B” even if you never use it.

5. Once you have identified the best solution don’t major on the problem, major on the solution

6. Don’t keep doing what caused the problem to happen (Same actions bring same results)

7. Once the problem is solved and you have corrected the problem, don’t bring up the problem (Go on!)

8. Don’t solve everyone’s problems for them, get them involved in the problem solving process (My favorite responce:What do you think you should do?)

9. Don’t think just because something worked once that it is always the best solution

10. Don’t ever forget who lives on the inside of you and who has called you to be the leader.

Don’t ever forget who will lead you by His Spirit to the right solution!
