Choose to never be offended!

Don’t be easily offended!
1. Be open to new ways of doing things. You can’t always do the same things. Remember there’s more than one way to do everything! Just because you didn't think of the "new way to do it" doesn't make it bad.

2. Be teachable. Never stop learning. Remember who makes us successful- it’s Jesus! Draw in to him, examine your motives. Network and ask questions to learn. If you have not called another Children's Pastor this week, you're not serrious about networking.
3. Never forget you are there to serve. We gain those we serve.... Who should I serve? •Your Pastor •Your co-laborers •The kids •Families/Parents basically everyone!

It really comes down to choice. Choose to never be offended! No matter what!
Psalm 119:165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
